I would like the opportunity to review this product in detail as it is really a very good product to treat IBS and related problem. Mine was a very old IBS. I tried many medicines but results were not very good. I then consult an ayurvedic doctor and he recommended me a long list of herbal preparation including bilvasava. I started taking all of them and results started appearing soon. I used to go several times a day but after taking it, it was reduced to only 3 times a day. Also my gas problem was gone. If you have ibs do consult your doctor to know if bilvasava would be good for you.
