Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.
The following cancellation and return policy is applicable for all products ordered on www.desidawayi.com (Desidawayi).
IN INDIA
Cancellation if the product has not been shipped

If you cancel your “cash-on-delivery order” before the product has been shipped, then our team may contact you to confirm your cancellation and your order would be considered cancelled after your confirmation. No further action is required.

If you cancel your “prepaid order” before your product has been shipped, Desidawayi will refund the amount by deducting only the payment gateway fees and transaction fees.

Payment gateway fees and transaction fees depends on various factors mainly including (but NOT limited to) the amount, payment gateway company and bank used for transaction.

Refund in your account may take up to 15 working days from the date of confirmation of your cancellation.
Cancellation once the product has been shipped but NOT delivered
If you cancel your order after your product has been shipped but NOT delivered –

You need to return the parcel without opening or tampering the packing or product.

Desidawayi will refund the amount by deducting the payment gateway fees, transaction fees, complete shipping charges and 10% of the product amount.

Refund in your account may take up to 60 working days from the date of confirmation of your cancellation.
Cancellation and Replacement once the product has been delivered to you

Cancellation would NOT be accepted once the product has been delivered to you.

You may apply for replacement within 15 days only if you have received a defective product.

You need to produce the clear images of defective product you received. It would be great if you provide a “video of package opening” as instructed on the packaging label to avoid unfair means.

All shipping costs to be paid by customer only.
15-days replacement policy
Desidawayi provides a 15-Day Replacement Guarantee for customers who find a manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 15 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost. You need to bear only the shipping charges for package return and re-delivery.

You are eligible for a replacement within 15 days only.

Customer need to explain a valid reason of replacement.

The received product should not be tampered in any form.

Replacement is subject to the availability of the same in stock.

In case you have received a damaged product you need to inform us through whatsapp or email within 4 hours with image or video proof.

For Replacements within 15 days of delivery, please contact us through whatsapp or email.

Replacement product would be dispatched within 2 to 15 working days after replacement confirmation. Dispatch and delivery time depends upon the availability of product and your delivery address.
Loss in Transit

If the products have been delivered but you have not received them even after significant number of days, then you should inform us through email or whatsapp.

Loss or damage to goods can be claimed to the courier partner directly and all the policies of courier partner would be considered final.

OUTSIDE OF INDIA
Currently we are not accepting international orders. Once started, or if you have mistakenly made the order, the following things should be followed -

Always make sure that you are ordering the right product.

No refund if customer don't follow custom rules of any country. custom duty must be paid by customers only.

No refund on damage of products during transit. This can be claimed to the courier partner.

If customer wants to replace the product after delivery, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer. It may take 30 to 60 working days for processing of replacement.

Shipping / Handling charges & PayPal/payment gateway fees will not be refunded.

All decisions regarding cancellation, return, and refund for orders from outside India will go under detailed investigation by desidawayi team and the decision of desidawayi team would be considered final.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
