• Bhavana - Kantakari, Godugdha, Yashtimadhu Kwath, Nagvel Patra Swarasa

Direction for use

श्वासकास चिंतामणि रस श्वास के रोगियों के लिए बेहद उपयोगी औषधि है।

2. श्वासकास चिंतामणि रस के घटक द्रव्य क्या हैं?

इसमें मुख्यतः स्वर्ण भस्म, लौह भस्म, अभ्रक भस्म, स्वर्ण माक्षिक भस्म  और मुक्ता भस्म है।

3. इसके सेवन के दौरान न खाने योग्य पदार्थ तथा आहार-विहार (अपथ्य)

इसके सेवन के दौरान दही, अंकुरित अनाज, टमाटर, आलू, मिठाई, गोभी, मैदे से बनी हुई खाद्य सामग्री का प्रयोग ना करें।  धूम्रपान, मद्यपान, तंबाकू, क्रोध, एवं अत्यधिक चिंता न करें।
